BATON ROUGE – Two people were arrested after a bullet went through the window of an apartment on LSU’s campus.
Col’lee Bess, 21, and Christopher Hatfield, 18, were taken into custody for their alleged connection to the Saturday, March 28, shooting at West Campus Apartments.
