CHICAGO A 16-year-old and a 17-year-old were arrested hours after allegedly taking a man’s vehicle at gunpoint on Chicago’s West Side.

Police said the teens were taken into custody around 10:20 a.m. on March 26 in the 300 block of West Garfield Boulevard in the Fuller Park neighborhood.
