WISCONSIN — Over 20,000 people were without power in parts of central Wisconsin on Thursday morning as freezing rain impacted the region.
More than 4,000 were affected in Brown County, and thousands more in Waupaca, Winnebago, Portage, Waushara, Wood, Outagamie and Sauk counties.
