Point Gardens, a new development less than 30 minutes from downtown Madison, is looking to meet area demand for workforce housing. The project represents a collaborative effort by Torque Cos., founded by Madison developer Randy Alexander; the village of Poynette and Pennsylvania-based seed supplier Burpee.
