Omaha crash victim says police policy let at-fault driver disappear

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – If you are involved in a non-injury accident on an Omaha street and call 911, it’s likely that police won’t respond. An Omaha vehicle owner believes that policy let the driver who hit him off the hook.

Stopped for a red light, Al Hall says he experienced three jolts. The first when another driver hit him from behind.
