DALLAS — A crash on Thursday morning shut down all northbound lanes of Interstate 45 near downtown Dallas.
The crash was reported around 4:42 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, in the northbound lanes of I-45 near the Interstate 30 split, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
