BOISE, Idaho – The U.S. Department of Justice filed a federal lawsuit against the state of Idaho for failing to produce its voter rolls upon request.
The Department of Justice said the Idaho lawsuit was the thirtieth lawsuit it filed against states for failing to provide voter rolls upon request.
