Small-format store adds to Ikea’s Arizona presence

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. — Top 100 retailer Ikea U.S. will open a small-format store in Phoenix, boosting its presence in Arizona.

When it holds the grand opening on April 8, Ikea Phoenix will join locations in Tempe and Scottsdale.

“The opening of Ikea Phoenix represents an exciting next step in our commitment to make shopping with Ikea easier, more convenient and more accessible for the many people,” said Rob Olson, interim CEO of Ikea U.S. “Across the United States, we’ve been expanding with new formats and investing in innovative ways to meet customers where they are — whether through smaller, more flexible store designs or enhanced digital services that simplify the shopping journey. This new store reflects that strategy by bringing well-designed, affordable home furnishings closer to more communities while improving the overall customer experience.”
