The Gods of Comedy at The Belle Theatre

Spring is in full swing at the Belle, and April promises to be filled with laughter, learning and exciting opportunities for audiences and students alike.

Taking center stage this month is The Gods of Comedy, running April 10 – 18, a witty and fast-paced comedy by Ken Ludwig that brings Greek mythology crashing hilariously into the modern world. With mistaken identities, chaotic encounters with the gods, and plenty of laugh-out-loud moments, the production offers a fun night at the theatre for audiences of all ages.

Beyond the main stage, The Belle Theatre continues its commitment to arts education with student productions and educational theatre programming throughout the remainder of the month. In these programs, students learn, rehearse and perform JR musicals, gaining hands-on experience in acting, music, and storytelling while preparing a full production that is open to the public. These performances provide the perfect opportunity for younger audience members to experience the excitement of live theatre and for the community to support arts education in SW Florida…
