Pinellas County sees 2nd largest population decline in US: Census data

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — US Census data show that Pinellas County has the second-largest population decline in the country.

Nearly 12,000 Pinellas County residents have moved out the last two years, dropping from 960,397 to 948,563.
