New details emerge in killings of Columbus doctor and wife as search warrant is unsealed

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Newly unsealed court records are shedding light on the investigation into the killings of Dr. Spencer Tepe and his wife, Monique Tepe, three months after the couple was found shot to death inside their Weinland Park home.

The couple’s two young children were inside the home at the time of the shooting but were not physically harmed.

Authorities have charged Monique Tepe’s ex-husband, Dr. Michael McKee, in connection with the killings. McKee was arrested in Rockford, Illinois, and faces four counts of aggravated murder and aggravated burglary. He has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody at the Franklin County Jail…
