(WJET/WFXP)– With the coming of another holiday weekend, sure to be filled with family gatherings and potentially some alcoholic beverages, Pennsylvania State Police in Girard are reminding the public to drive sober.
State police said they’ll be conducting sobriety checkpoints and will have roving patrols around Erie County in the days leading up to Easter.

They’re also reminding anyone planning on drinking to designate a sober driver, which includes prescription drugs and any illegal drugs.
