In a recent report from a family member and the Erie Police Department, Bonnie Powell has been located. Bonnie was found by family members in the 900 block of Brown Avenue.
Reports state that when found she was a little cold but had sustained no injuries. As a precaution Bonnie was taken to UPMC Hamot but has since been released back into her family’s care.
