HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Harrisburg Police converged on a neighborhood in the Olde Uptown section of the city late Wednesday evening.
Officers responded to the 1900 block of North Third Street, in the area of the Uptown Cafe, around 10 p.m.
Details on the incident are few though numerous Harrisburg Police officers and a LifeTeam EMS ambulance were at the scene.
