ISP trooper performs CPR for nearly 10 minutes to rescue 82-year-old on I-70 near downtown Indy

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indiana State Police trooper is being recognized for his life-saving efforts Tuesday afternoon.

Just before 2 p.m. March 31, Lt. Jeff Hearon stopped to check out what he thought was a disabled vehicle on Interstate 70 near downtown Indianapolis.
