MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Samantha Marion appeared in court Thursday morning where a judge warned her about alcohol consumption while out on bond.
Judge Coffee said Marion has been following most court orders while out on bond, but her alcohol levels have been a concern.
Judge Coffee said Marion has been consuming a lot of alcohol and placed her on notice. If she has another high alcohol test, she will be in violation of her bond. Judge Coffee said he will revoke her bond and she will be detained until her trial date begins…
