Memphis Jogger Shot on Poplar Avenue

Investigators say the runner was hit by a high-powered pellet rifle, suffering a leg wound that required medical treatment. The shooter drove off northbound on Garland in a white Chevrolet Malibu with a sunroof, and police describe the driver as heavy-set.
