Officers rushed to the 4200 block of Hicks Street in Nicetown just before 2 a.m., where they found the young woman with stab wounds to her neck and back.
She had been stabbed in the left side of her neck and was transported by 39th District officers to Temple University Hospital, where she remains in critical condition, authorities said.
