IOWA CITY, Iowa — The city’s Streets Division will begin street cleaning in the downtown district at 2 a.m. Friday, April 3.
Vehicles parked in areas where parking is prohibited between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. will be towed.
Towing enforcement will affect Prentiss Street to Market Street, Madison Street to Gilbert Street, North Clinton Street from Market Street to Church Street, and the 600 and 700 blocks of South Dubuque Street…
