OKC police chase ends in deadly officer-involved shooting, new details emerge

Eleven officers were put on administrative leave after a police chase that started in the far northwest part of Oklahoma City became a deadly officer-involved shooting in the southwest portion of town.

Oklahoma County deputies responded to a call at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, March 27, alleging that a woman was at a residence in the Deer Creek area. There, a deputy located an armed woman and told her to drop her firearm, according to a news release.
