Charges: Plymouth day care worker had BAC of 0.356 when she fell on top of child, owners push back on police report

A Plymouth child care attendant had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.356 when she lost motor function and fell on top of a child, charging documents show.

Aniya Love Keosongseng, 21, was arrested on Feb. 23 after she allegedly got drunk while on her lunch break and “deteriorated” while caring for children, a criminal complaint states.

Police were dispatched to the child care center — Milestones Early Learning Center — after a fellow employee reported that Keosongseng might be having a panic attack. Officers smelled alcohol on her breath, and a breathalyzer test registered a BAC of 0.356…
