Kendall County leaders are urging caution as TxDOT work on Texas Highway 46 continues Wednesday, with the possibility of continuing later into the week. Crews started roadwork in the area on Tuesday, causing lane closures and traffic disruptions in Comal and Kendall counties.
According to Kendall County Commissioner Jennifer McCall, work will pick up once again just west of Boerne, heading toward Bandera, on Wednesday, April 1, at State Highway 46 West between an electric substation near Enchanted Springs Ranch in the 200-300 block of SH 46 and the base of Webster’s Curve, a well-known, heavily traveled stretch of road connecting Boerne and Bandera.
