For the first time in years, it looks like Dillons plans to build a new grocery store, this time in northwest Wichita.
The company has filed a building permit valued at $17.5 million at 6886 W. Village Circle, which is near the southeast corner of K-96 and Ridge Road.
This would make the 16th Dillons in Wichita…
