WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A student at Wichita North High School was surprised with a full-ride scholarship to Fort Hays State University.
Jazmin Reyes won the Schmidt Foundation Scholarship, which goes to students with leadership skills that can contribute to the Hays community.
