Sioux Falls data center is ‘still alive,’ Gemini founder says

The Gemini Data Center project in Sioux Falls is, for now, “still alive,” despite recent South Dakota legislative setbacks on large tax breaks, according to Gemini Capital founder Michael Anvar in an email to the Argus Leader on Wednesday, April 1.

Anvar confirmed that the 164-acre site, located between Sioux Falls and Brandon, is not on hold and is “fully entitled, power [access] is viable and much of the heavy lifting has been done.”…
