Vehicular homicide charges have been filed against a Fruitland man accused of killing a newly married couple in a reckless driving crash on New Mexico Highway 371.
Rolandrick Randall, 21, was arrested April 1 and booked into the San Juan County Detention Center on two counts of third-degree felony homicide by vehicle.
