After nearly 27 years in Ballantyne, Miró Spanish Grille has its sights set on SouthPark for its newest restaurant opening this summer.
The neighborhood favorite, known for serving elevated classics like paella since 1999, inked a deal to take over the space that was once home to Fontana Di Vino, according to a news release sent to CharlotteFive.
The latter quietly closed in February without explanation.
“SouthPark is one of Charlotte’s most dynamic dining corridors and a natural fit for our next chapter,” Miró co-owner and operator Felipe Alvarez said in a statement. “Our team has built something truly distinctive in Ballantyne, and we are excited to see that vision take shape in this neighborhood.”…
