CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A popular downtown parking lot that many use to get to places like the RiverDogs stadium will soon be converted into affordable housing units.
The parking lot located at Hagood Avenue and Fishburne Street is a place where people park to get to many downtown attractions, such as The Joe for RiverDogs games, The Citadel, and it’s also a Medical University of South Carolina commuter parking lot.
With the lot being transformed into housing, many people are worried they will now have nowhere to park…
