Hall County Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating 60-year-old Richard Scott Rowland of Gainesville.
Rowland is described as described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and about 180 pounds, though authorities say he may weigh less.
He has gray hair and green eyes.
Richard is homeless and was last heard from by the party who reported him in September 2025…
