An 11-year-old boy accused of fatally shooting his sleeping father after his dad took away his Nintendo Switch waived his first state court appearance Thursday, according to court records.
Clayton Dietz, of Duncannon, was scheduled to appear in Perry County court Thursday morning for an arraignment, the first court appearance for criminal defendants following a preliminary hearing.
