KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — Livability.com has released its 2026 Top 100 Best Places to Live in the U.S. list, highlighting the country’s best small or mid-sized cities. Of the four Tennessee cities to make the list, Knoxville was the highest rated.
The annual rankings, now in its 13th year, featured cities with populations between 75,000 and 500,000 and excluded those with media home values over $500,000.
