PENNSYLVANIA — A York County man is facing multiple charges after police say he spat on an officer during an arrest following a traffic stop and pursuit.
According to an affidavit, officers spotted a vehicle around 1:16 a.m. on March 26 traveling at a high rate of speed along West Princess Street. Police initiated a pursuit before eventually stopping the vehicle, which was reportedly driven by Anthony Lopez.
Authorities said they immediately detected the smell of alcohol coming from inside the vehicle. During a subsequent search, officers reported finding an open container of Hennessy as well as marijuana in Lopez’s possession…
