ORLANDO, Fla. — Bahama Breeze, a Caribbean-themed casual-dining chain, will close its doors this week after 30 years in business.
Parent company Darden Restaurants announced in February that 14 Bahama Breeze restaurants would close permanently across nine states and that the company would convert the remaining 14 locations into other Darden brand restaurants.
