Raleigh neighbors demand action after massive party at short-term rental with history of complaints

RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Neighbors in a northeast Raleigh neighborhood say a short-term rental has turned into a party house, bringing noise, large crowds and repeated police calls and leaving some residents fearing for their safety and pleading for authorities to take meaningful action.

The home, located on Donna Road in the Starmount neighborhood, has been the source of ongoing complaints for years.
