City launches reimagined program to provide motel rooms for unhoused families

(FOX40.COM) — The City of Sacramento is launching a reimagined motel-based program that aims to house more families with young children.

This voucher-based program would allow unhoused families to stay in certain Sacramento motels for 28-days at a time as they work with city officials to form a more long-term re-housing plan.
