(KRON) — Sebastopol police said “there was no beef involved” when one of their sergeants suddenly pulled up on a calm rescue cow named “Cowboy” while driving down Healdsburg Avenue last Thursday afternoon.

“That might be the most legen-dairy thing we’d seen all week,” police said, adding that there was no “mooving violation” needed.
