SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) [UPDATE 4/3 1:45 p.m.] – The Savannah Police Department has made an arrest in connection with a shooting on Ogeechee Road on April 2.
Devan Greene, Sr., 47, was taken into custody the same day.
