WORCESTER – Community Healthlink, an affiliate of UMass Memorial Health, plans to shutter more programs, according to the health system and the union that represents the affiliate’s employees.
Community Healthlink provides services to the homeless and others with substance use and mental health challenges.
Service Employees International Union Local 509 sent a notice Wednesday, April 1, to its members that said Community Healthlink announced that it’s closing two residential recovery services for women, Beryl’s House and Orchard Street, and plans to reopen them under a nonunion agency…
