On March 27, just after 11:00 am, AFR was dispatched to 1803 Childers NE for a 69D-8, reported shed on fire. Ladder 9 arrived and confirmed a detached shed in the back yard fully involved with fire. Engine 5 arrived and stretched a line for fire control. Engine 9 assisted with water and pulled a second line. There was no damage to the residence. No injuries were reported. This is a vacant property and it appeared that squatters had been using the shed for shelter.
