LYON COUNTY, Nev. (KOLO) – On Thursday, April 2, at 4 p.m., Lyon County Sheriff’s Office deputies in the Mason Valley patrol area captured 41-year-old Joey Agustin Garcia, according to an agency Facebook post.
Previously, the sheriff’s office asked for the public’s assistance finding the wanted man who is known to frequent Yerington, Dayton, and Silver Springs, the post said.
Garcia was wanted for felony domestic battery by strangulation; felony failure to appear on possession of a dangerous weapon by a prisoner; felony failure to appear on battery by a prisoner; failure to appear on unlawful acts related to human excrement or body fluid; failure to appear on on a protected person; failure to appear on damage to jail; and two counts of misdemeanor domestic battery, the post said…
