SALEM, Ore. – The Oregon Public Utility Commission has approved a series of rate adjustments for PacifiCorp residential customers, with the changes taking effect April 1, 2026.
The adjustments stem primarily from PacifiCorp’s annual power cost update, which reconciles projected and actual expenses from 2024. The agreement was reached among commission staff, the utility, and consumer advocacy groups. Additional routine filings—some increasing rates and others lowering them—were also included, resulting in a net increase for customers.
