ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Gwinnett County police have charged a man in connection with an attempted home invasion, but his whereabouts are unknown.
Sonny Stephens, 21, of Lawrenceville, Georgia, faces charges of criminal attempt to commit home invasion and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
On March 22 at around 1 a.m., police responded to a suspicious activity call on Legacy Park Drive. The victim said someone was trying to kick his apartment door in and had a gun in his hand.
