Atlanta launches ‘SO ATL’ youth program ahead of spring break to help curb teen takeovers

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — On Thursday, Mayor Andre Dickens announced the “SO ATL” initiative to combat the teen takeover trend and keep students engaged during spring break.

More than eight metro school districts will be on spring break next week, April 6-10, including Atlanta Public Schools, Gwinnett County Public Schools, DeKalb County Schools, Cobb County Schools, Clayton County Schools, and Henry County Schools.
