A DISABLED handyman has been banned from parking in his own driveway due to a strict size rule.
Bali Ramnarace said he was handed a $345 fine with additional $75 daily fines expected for keeping his work truck at his home.
Officials in Boynton Beach, Florida, which is 50 miles north of Miami, say Ramnarace’s 10-foot commercial truck is breaking an oversized vehicle ordinance.
But he’s claiming the car’s been parked in his driveway for 45 years without issue, and insists he needs it there for health reasons…
