BUFFALO, N.Y. — A joint crackdown is underway on the Kensington Expressway as state and local police target dangerous speeding and street racing following a recent deadly crash.
New York State Police and the Buffalo Police Department say they are increasing patrols and enforcement along Route 33, a major corridor in and out of the city.
