CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – A jury in the trial for one of two men accused in the deadly shooting on I-480 in Bedford Heights, found him not guilty Friday.
The jury trial for Michael Roman began Monday in Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas and the jury got the case Thursday afternoon.
Roman was charged with aggravated murder, murder, and felonious assault.
The second suspect, Michael Alvarado, pleaded guilty to the reduced charge of obstructing justice earlier this week. Alvarado’s sentencing date has not yet been scheduled.
