ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Newnan police have identified a suspect accused of killing a man at an apartment complex on Tuesday, but they don’t know where he is.
Justin Mardez Owens, 35, faces charges of felony murder and aggravated assault.
On Tuesday night, police were called to a public housing complex on Octavia Place, where they found 38-year-old Hunter Williams with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
