Popular Greenville tea bar announces closure after 21 years

GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – The O-Cha tea bar has announced they will be closing their doors on Saturday after 21 years of business in Greenville.

The founders of O-Cha claim it was the first bubble tea shop in the city of Greenville. Located along the Riverwalk in Falls Park, the owners have also said the café’s longevity far exceeded the typical lifespan of the average café and restaurant.

The owners have stated they are proud to have helped usher in the wave of bubble tea cafés that can now be found all over the city…
