FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – An argument over street parking outside a Fresno medical office has gone viral online, sparking mixed reactions.
The incident happened near North Dearing Avenue and East Fir Avenue, where Curbside Detail business owner Luan Nguyen says he was washing a Tesla when he was confronted by a doctor who worked in one of the offices nearby.
