On 3/24/2026, River Rock Academy @ Amity Primary Center, located at 2144 Weavertown Rd, Douglassville, PA 19518, was inspected and found with the following violation: Crate of milk was held at 54°F, in the kitchen area, rather than 41°F or below as required. COS by disposal. Observed 43 cartons of chocolate milk available to students past the sell by dates of 3/7/26, 3/16/26 and 3/22/26. COS by disposal. Food facility inspection indicates evidence of rodents/insect activity in dock area areas, facility does have a pest control program. Observed apparent rodent droppings alongside the washer & Dryer in the dock area by the kitchen.
